About the project 

WARB started these projects in the beginning of July and the end date is scheduled for the end of October 2022. Different style and size of houses were to be built varying from 45sqm; 2-bedroom houses up to the biggest being the 75sqm 3-bedroom houses. 

All these units come fitted with prepaid electricity, solar geysers and a four plate Defy stove. 

Owners have their own stand, and it really creates a sense of a closely knit community. All of these units form part of the Clayville Megacity Project. 

Included in project: 

• Installation of electrical and Plumbing  
• Connection to the municipal infrastructure 
• Installation and connection of solar geysers. 
• Prepaid power to the units. 
• Prepaid water meters to each unit
