About the project 

The WARB team finished this project at the end of October 2022 

This project consists 304 Sectional Title Units which is split in 10 blocks of 4 storey each. 

Each unit have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with prepaid power, solar geyser and a freestanding stove.  
DSTV point to each unit as well as WIFI ready and security access to this establishment.
